<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electronic control device allowing an operator to specify a portion, which a sealant is scarce and air is highly likely to leak from a joining part, with visual inspection. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic control device of this invention includes: an electronic circuit board where an electronic component is mounted; and a housing which houses the electronic circuit board and is formed by sealing a cover 1, a base 4, and a lid with a sealant 20 applied to joint surfaces of the cover 1, the base 4, and the lid. In a joint part where the cover 1, the base 4, and the lid are joined, a space 16, which allows an operator to conduct macroscopic inspections of the joining state of the sealant 20 from the exterior in the state that those parts are joined, is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
