<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior automotive trim, which can be constituted inexpensively because the number of parts is small and is provided with an opening and closing door slowly opening. <P>SOLUTION: The opening and closing door 21 is disposed on a storage 10 and an opening of the storage 10 is opened and closed by the opening and closing door 21. The opening and closing door 21 is always biased in the opening direction and a locking mechanism for maintaining the fully closed state is disposed. A shaft 4 that is a center member of a shaft member 1 is disposed on sidewalls 12a, 12b of the storage 10 and an outer cylinder 3 as an outer shell member of the shaft member 1 is disposed on the opening and closing door 21 side. A spring 2 is fixed around the shaft 4. When the outer cylinder 3 is arranged around the shaft 4 and the spring 2 to assemble the shaft member 1, free ends 2a, 2b of the spring 2 press the inner surface of the outer cylinder 3. When the locking mechanism is released, the opening and closing door 21 starts an opening operation and a friction force is generated between the free ends 2a, 2b of the spring 2 and the inner surface of the outer cylinder 3.
