<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grooving device which prevents a grooving roller from deviating in a direction and position, thereby forming a groove in a tube, perpendicular to the direction of the axial line of the tube. <P>SOLUTION: This grooving device (1) has: a drive transmitting mechanism (4) which is housed in a casing (2) and has a rotation outputting part; an electric motor(6) for driving the drive transmitting mechanism (4); a driving roller (8) which is mounted along the inner surface (P4) of the tube (P) and has an whole circumferential groove (8b); a grooving roller (10) which is pressed against the driving roller (8) across the tube (P) and has the whole circumferential projecting part (10a); a trajectory ring (22) which is fixed to the tube (P) and has trajectory planes (26a, 26b) which are perpendicular to the axial direction (P3) of the tube (P); and movable roller (32a, 32b) which are mounted in the casing (2) movably over the whole circumference of the tube (P) along the trajectory planes (26a, 26b). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
