<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily-openable packaging bag with notches, tearable linearly. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging bag 1 is formed by placing one laminate film 10 upon another while opposing thermal fusion layers 11 and by thermally fusion-bonding edges 20. The laminate film 10 has a linear tearing property in the MD direction, is arranged so that the MD direction is parallel to the tearing direction of the packaging bag 1, and is formed with a number of cuts 31 in the edge 21 crossing the tearing direction. The packaging bag is easily openable from the cut portion formed in the edge 21 and is tearable linearly along the MD direction.
