<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine which has improved workability for refueling by securing an adequate volume of an entire fuel tank without requiring a major design change. <P>SOLUTION: A construction machine (1) comprises: a self-propelled lower traveling body (2); an upper revolving body (10) rotatably mounted on the lower traveling body (2); a main tank (20) which is provided on the upper revolving body (10) and is connected to an engine; a sub-tank (30) which is provided on the lower traveling body (2) and is not connected to the engine; a main fill opening (22) which is provided on the main tank (20) for refueling the same; a refilling pipe line (34) which allows the inside and outside of the sub-tank (30) to be communicated with each other and has a refilling port at an external open end; a filling hose (40) which is arranged outside the upper revolving body (10) as well as the lower traveling body (2) and allows the main tank (20) as well as the sub-tank (30) to be communicated with each other; and a fuel pump (50) to discharge fuel inside the filling hose (40). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
