<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-mount tire displacement measurement instrument allowing measurement even in a common usage environment. <P>SOLUTION: A displacement measurement instrument 2 includes: an axial direction distance sensor 14 for measuring a tire-cord displacement of a tire; a fixing-pedestal 6 for fixing the axial direction distance sensor 14 thereon; and mounting-pins 10, 12 that are projected from the fixing-pedestal 6 and to be inserted to a tire 24. The measurement instrument 2 preferably includes a stopper 13 that is disposed on either of the mounting pins 10, 12. The stopper 13 is located between the end of the mounting pin 10 or 12 and the fixing-pedestal 6. The measurement instrument 2 is preferably is mounted onto the tire 24, with a space formed between the fixing-pedestal 6 and the tire 24.
