<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack where accuracy of positioning of each battery cell with respect to a case is secured to thereby achieve appropriate connection among electrode terminals. <P>SOLUTION: A case 10 of a battery pack 1 includes: a plurality of partition walls 110 and 111 that are arranged with intervals in a cell thickness direction T to thereby form housing chambers 11 in each of which a battery cell 20 is housed; two wall parts 112 and 13 that are positioned to oppose each other with an interval in a cell width direction W to thereby form the housing chambers 11 together with the partition walls; and first protrusion parts 114 that are provided for, out of the two wall parts 112 and 13 opposing each other on both sides in the cell width direction W, only the wall part 112 on one side so as to protrude toward the wall part 13 on the other side.
