METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING TRANSFER MOLD, TRANSFER MOLD MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME, AND COMPONENT PRODUCED BY USING THE TRANSFER MOLD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer mold which is used for forming a component by electrocasting, and is good in workability and high in durability, and to provide a component produced by using the mold.

SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a transfer mold includes: a step for directly forming a component pattern having a desired side wall angle in a metal substrate 10 by controlling a cutting means; and a step for covering a region excluding the formed component pattern or the region excluding the formed component pattern and the side wall of the component pattern with an insulating layer 50 of SiO2 or the like. Further, a releasing layer composed of an arbitrary metal oxide (AlOx, TiOx or the like), nitride or organic material (resist) having a thickness of 1 to 1,000 Å capable of maintaining conductivity to the thickness face is chemically formed by a CVD process or physically formed by a sputtering process in order to make easier the peeling of a component produced by electrocasting. Thereby, the peeling workability can be further enhanced.
