[Problem] To solve the problem of insufficiency of durability, e.g., abrasion resistance and chemical resistance, which is the surface-modifying effect of conventional surface modifiers in the modification of the surface of a polyurethane, and to provide a material for a surface modifier which can be immobilized on a matrix resin more strongly and therefore has improved durability. [Solution] A reactive fluorinated hyperbranched polymer which is produced by polymerizing a monomer (A) having at least two radically polymerizable double bonds in the molecule, a monomer (B) having a fluoroalkyl group and at least one radically polymerizable double bond in the molecule and a monomer (C) having an alcoholic hydroxy group and at least one radically polymerizable double bond in the molecule in the presence of a polymerization initiator (D) in an amount of 5 to 200 mol% relative to the number of moles of the monomer (A); a curable composition which contains the reactive fluorinated hyperbranched polymer; and a cured film which is produced from the composition.
