<p>The present invention pertains to a mobile-combined user interactive blackbox for a vehicle, which is combined with a mobile including a mobile communication means and is provided in a vehicle to transmit accident images and audio signals, wherein the mobile-combined user interactive black box comprises a means for detecting impact, which is mounted on a dashboard to record images and audio signals, transmits the recorded images and audio signals to the mobile communication means, that is, a mobile device, and allows a user to selectively cancel image transmission when external impact is detected by the impact detecting means, thereby preventing transmission of image information due to malfunction, and further comprises a means for detecting the incline of a vehicle in addition to the impact detection means to determine a vehicle rollover accident and transmit images via the mobile device when a signal from the vehicle incline detection means exceeds a predetermined range, thereby transmitting images and audio signals even though the user is unconscious due to the accident, and an operating method thereof.</p> |
