<p>PURPOSE: An equine amnion-derived mesenchymal stem cells is provided to ensure excellent proliferation and differentiation ability and to be used as a cell therapeutic agent. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing equine amnion-derived mesenchymal stem cells comprises: a step of isolating cells from equine amnion; a step of culturing the cells in low glucose DMEM(Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium); and a step of collecting cultured cells. The equine amnion-derived mesenchymal stem cells have negative immunological property for human markers, CD19, CD20, CD28, CD31, CD34, CD38, CD41a, CD62L, CD62P, and CD200 and have positive immunological property for human markers, CD44, CD90, and CD105.</p> |
