PURPOSE: A coquette-taylor crystallizer with an ability of classifier is provided to deal with the growth and the classification of a crystal and gain yields in wanted size by controlling the speed or a cylinder and the speed of solution flowing rates. CONSTITUTION: A coquette-taylor crystallization comprises a cylindrical coquette-taylor reactor, an inlet part, several vents and a device for melting. The cylindrical coquette-taylor reactor is comprised of an external fixed cylinder and an internal rotating cylinder. A liquid comprising a refined material to be crystalized is flowed into the coquette-taylor reactor through the inlet part. The several vents are equipped from the lower part of the coquette-taylor reactor to the upper part of the coquette-taylor reactor. A crystalized refined material is moved out through the several vents. The crystalized refined material yielded is made into a liquid form. |
