摘要 <p>The present invention relates to an electron relay enhancer and a solar cell system having the enhancer, and more specifically, to an electron relay enhancer and a solar cell system having the enhancer, wherein different electrons are delivered to holes which are generated as free electrons are produced in a solar cell, thereby preventing the produced free electrons from being recombined with the holes. The electron relay enhancer according to the present invention comprises: an electron pumping device which induces electrons by using a first power voltage among two voltage power sources having different polarities, and pumps the induced electrons by using a second power voltage; and an electron pathway device which receives the pumped electrons, and outputs the received electrons to an output terminal connected with a solar cell such that the electrons are combined with holes of the solar cell. The present invention enables pumping of electrons in holes which are generated as the free electrons are excited by a conduction band in a solar cell, thereby preventing the free electrons excited by the conduction band from being recombined with the holes such that the electrons produced in the solar cell can be delivered to a charger with minimal loss.</p>
