PURPOSE: A content list transmission gateway, a content list transmission method, and a recording medium therefor are provided to increase user convenience for the additional transmission of a content list by transmitting the other list to a background area. CONSTITUTION: A content list downloading request signal is transmitted to a content list transmission gateway(S301). A content list transmission gateway requests a content list download process to the content providing server(S302). Content list data is downloaded from the content providing server(S303). The content list transmission gateway constructs a content list according to the size of the content list(S304). The content list transmission gateway transmits a first transmission content list to a terminal(S305). A content list which is firstly transmitted is displayed(S306). When the transmission of the content list is complete, the terminal transmits the content list transmission request signal to the content list transmission gateway(S308).
