<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem with a regulator circuit of a conventional semiconductor integrated circuit in which the control accuracy of an output voltage cannot be sufficiently improved. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit of the present invention comprises: a plurality of output transistors PM that control the magnitude of an output voltage VDDM with respect to the magnitude of a load current Iload according to a control value PL that is indicated by an impedance control signal given to a control terminal; a voltage monitor circuit 12 that outputs an output voltage monitor value VM that indicates the voltage value of the output voltage VDDM; and a control circuit 10 that controls the magnitude of the control value PL according to the magnitude of an error value between a reference voltage Vref, which indicates a target value of the output voltage VDDM, and the output voltage monitor value VM, and performs control so as to determine which of the plurality of output transistors PM is brought into conduction according to the control value PL. The control circuit 10 increases the size of a change step of the control value with respect to the error value for a certain period according to an advance notification signal PACC that provides notification of the change of the load current Iload in advance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
