<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of further improving quality of service in radio communication. <P>SOLUTION: An output scheduler 23 compares the oldest packet input time of each packet queue 22 with delay allowance time of delay information on service corresponding to the packet queue 22, and identifies a packet queue 22 having the largest time difference determined by the comparison; acquires a parameter for calculating the number of packet connections from a communication system information part 25, on the basis of service of the identified packet queue 22 and a destination of the oldest packet information stored at the beginning of the packet queue 22; calculates the number of packet connections by using the acquired parameter for calculation; retrieves IP packets from the packet queue 22 by the calculated number of packet connections, and connects the IP packets; and transfers the connected IP packets with radio transmission standby time and the number of packet connections to a radio access control part 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
