<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable selective fetching of a plurality of pieces of information linked or associated with an object to be easily performed. <P>SOLUTION: An information presentation device acquires object identification information and relative positional information on the relative position between an object and a camera, which are acquired by performing processing for detecting and identifying the object for image data. The information presentation device controls information presentation on the basis of the object identification information and the relative positional information. For example, content information, such as images, sound, or text, associated with the object identification information and the relative positional information is acquired from a presentation information database. Thus, information associated with an object can be fetched and presented.
