<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock button which can be simply manipulated and an electronic apparatus equipped with the lock button. <P>SOLUTION: A lock button, which is used in an electronic apparatus which includes a case having an opening and a cover attached to the case to open or close the opening, locks the cover to keep the opening closed or unlocks the cover to have the opening opened. The lock button comprises a button body attached rotatably to the outer face of the case, a catch provided on the button body so as to be engaged with part of the cover, and an operation part provided on the button body.
