<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a function of reducing an influence of retransmission in a user session to enable approaching original transmission/reception timing, in an isochronism guarantee network guaranteeing packet transmission from a network to the entire users in a packet reception sequence. <P>SOLUTION: An edge communication device 10 of an enterprise network 2 identifies a session of a subscriber terminal 100 of each user, to preserve and manage time information added by a sequence information addition function 20.
