<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a gain in accordance with a luminance change of a subject when a moving image is photographed and to reduce image deterioration due to the luminance change of a photographed image, which occurs when gain setting is switched. <P>SOLUTION: A sum of outputs of first amplification means and second amplification means is determined by a control gain being an output of exposure control means, which corresponds to an incident light volume. Gain control means switches first and second gains which are set in the first and second amplification means when an output change amount for each prescribed time of the control gain is a prescribed threshold or more and a black level region determination result of black level region determining means is determined to be a prescribed rate or less from the output change amount for each prescribed time of the control gain which the gain control means calculates and the black level region determination result which the black level region determining means determines on the basis of a detected black level region result from a histogram of a photographed image by histogram calculation means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
