<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To let a user know the pattern of an action in which the regular sleep can be achieved, and the user can be not to feel sleepy. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic device 1 includes a clock section 5, a calculating unit 4, a determination section 3, and a notification section 2. The clock section 5 measures time. The calculating unit 4 calculates the value of the amount of the activity of a user based on the information of the movement of the user acquired from a first sensor. As for the determination section 3, the easiness of the sleep latency is determined based on the time information acquired from the clock section 5, the value of the activity amount acquired from the calculating unit 4, and the temperature information of a user acquired from the second sensor. In that case, the determination section 3 acquires the information of the activity amount by using the first sensor for the first time zone, and acquires the information of the temperature by using the second sensor for a second time zone including a time zone not included in the first time zone.
