<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert molding for heat-shock resistance evaluation and a method for manufacturing the insert molding for heat-shock resistance evaluation that can complete the evaluation with high measurement accuracy in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: The insert molding for heat-shock resistance evaluation includes a resin member in which a weld line is formed, and an insert member in which at least a part of a surface is covered by the resin member. The resin member includes a thickness tilt part in which an interval between a surface of the resin member and a joint surface with the insert member on the resin member side becomes larger with increasing distance from the weld line, and a straightening part continued to thick both ends of the thickness tilt part and surrounding the insert member together with the thickness tilt part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
