<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic diagnostic apparatus capable of acquiring an image with an excellent diagnostic capability by measuring different fluorescence characteristics depending on an observed region of a subject and the state of lesion (the stage of progression, etc.) with measuring light in advance and by performing autogenous fluorescent observation based on optimum observation conditions. <P>SOLUTION: The endoscopic diagnostic apparatus includes: a light source part 12 capable of emitting excitation light; imaging parts 56, 80, 74, 58 and 62 for capturing autogenous fluorescent images by imaging autogenous fluorescent light; an optical path separation/integration means 80 for separating the incoming autogenous fluorescence into a plurality of paths before imaging, or integrating the autogenous fluorescence; a plurality of rotary filters 74 set in the respective separated paths and having a plurality of spectroscopic filters 76 with different wavelength bands for transmitting light; a contrast calculation means 69 for calculating the contrast of the autogenous fluorescent image based on the autogenous fluorescent image acquired in pre-imaging; and a filter determination means 71 for determining a combination of the spectroscopic filters 76 for main imaging based on the contrast. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
