<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bellows tube type exclusion machine for laparoscopic surgery that can be freely bent in a desired shape, becomes a rigor state, and can exclude at the time of the exclusion, in which a distal end might not damage an organ, and the distal end can be easily grasped by a grasping forceps. <P>SOLUTION: The bellows tube type exclusion machine for the laparoscopic surgery is characterized as follows. The exclusion machine excludes an organ of liver, rectum or the like temporarily at a laparoscope including a thoracoscope surgery, the exclusion machine includes a bellows tube having a distal end, the bellows tube can freely repeat a flexible condition in which the self shape can not be held, therefore can be bent by grasping by a grasping forceps and a rigor state in which the self shape can be held, therefore can exclude by a switching switch, the distal end has a substantially hemisphere shape, and has a hole in the vicinity of the distal end thereof or the shape is "a flat shape that crushes a substantially hemisphere from both sides", and therefore the distal end can be grasped by the grasping forceps. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
