<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caster having a waterproof structure capable of improving service life. <P>SOLUTION: The caster having a waterproof structure includes a caster body, a waterproof bush, a bearing, a vertical shaft upper cap, a vertical shaft, a T-type bush, a packing, and a snap ring. After the waterproof bush and the bearing are stored in a caster body storage tank so that the waterproof bush is positioned between the caster body and the bearing; the waterproof bush is positioned in a position in which the vertical shaft upper cap covers the top of the caster body; and a lower stage of the vertical shaft is penetrated through the vertical shaft upper cap, the bearing, the caster body, and the T-type bush, a lock portion of the vertical shaft is penetrated through the packing and engaged with the snap ring, so that each member and the caster body are movably connected with each other. The waterproof bush includes a blocking convex end that becomes a blockage between the vertical shaft upper cap and the caster body and makes the bearing placed in isolation, so that even if the caster contacts water, the bearing can be prevented from corrosion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
