The present invention relates to a complex membrane for a western blot including a complex structure of a PVdF nanofiber web and non-woven fabric. The nanofibers have a base weight of 1 gsm to 50 gsm on the non-woven fabric, and the mean size of the micropores of the nanofibers is 0.1 mum to 1 mum. The complex membrane for a western blot including the nanofibers according to the present invention decreases production costs and has excellent response characteristics. Advantageously, the presence of a small amount of a specific protein material may be easily detected.
