PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a clamp with a dustproof hole is provided to extend lifetime of a machine structure and to prevent environment in which is harmful to a human body due to noise. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a clamp with a dustproof hole comprises: a step of molding processing synthetic rubber, which is manufactured in a specific thickness, in a clamp shape by a press; a step of vulcanizing, and a step of finishing. A clamp mold is installed between press upper and lower heating plates and molds a plurality of synthetic rubbers in a press mold.
