<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure that enables a body to be gripped without closing a speaker hole of a body and prevents the sound of a speaker from being interrupted. <P>SOLUTION: In an imaging apparatus where a speaker hole is arranged in the upper exterior cover of a body, a projection is provided near the speaker hole.
