PURPOSE: A ventilation device for a seat is provided to improve thermal efficiency and stability and to reduce the number of components by not needing an overheating prevention unit. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation device for a seat comprises a seat(1), a blower(10), a PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient) heater, and a control unit(30). The seat comprises a back board unit(1a) and a seat unit(1b) individually forming discharge fluid paths(2a,2b). The blower is mounted on each discharge fluid path of the seat. A temperature sensor is mounted inside a housing of the blower and senses temperature of inhaled air. The control unit controls power of the PTC heater and rotation speed of a ventilation fan according to temperature transmitted from the temperature sensor. The PTC heater comprises a PTC element and a heat change pin, and the PTC element includes a self-temperature control function.
