ANTIBIOTIC COLOR STEEL SHEET AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An antibiotic color steel sheet and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve an antibacterial effect by applying an organic and inorganic complex antimicrobial agent and to have an excellent corrosion resistance and an workability by including a silicone modified polyester as a main binder. CONSTITUTION: An antibiotic color steel sheet comprises a base steel plate(110), a primer layer(120), and a top layer(130). The primer layer is formed on the base steel plate. The top layer is formed on the primer layer. The top layer comprises an organic and inorganic complex antimicrobial agent. The organic and inorganic complex antimicrobial agent is an organic antimicrobial which comprises n-butyl-1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one. The organic and inorganic complex antimicrobial agent is an inorganic antimicrobial which comprises a zeolite ion-exchanged more than one among Ag+ and Zn2+.
