PURPOSE: A regulator valve device and a reducing valve device of an automatic transmission are provided to change the length of a spring by rotating an adjust screw. CONSTITUTION: A regulator valve device(10) of an automatic transmission comprises a valve body(110), a regulator spool(12), an adjust screw(130), and a pressing spring(140). The valve body comprises an insertion hole(111a) and a port(113) communicating with the insertion hole. The regulator spool is installed inside the insertion hole to control the opening and closing of the port. The adjust screw is coupled to the opened end part of the insertion hole. The pressing spring is installed inside the insertion hole. One end of the pressing spring is contacted to the regulator spool, and the other end thereof is contacted to the adjust screw.
