PURPOSE: An inorganic nanofiller with dispersibility is provided to prevent partial discharge and easily manufacture an enamel wire which is resistant to partial discharge. CONSTITUTION: An inorganic nanofiller with dispersibility comprises a nanofiller, a first silane comprising a nitrogen containing aromatic cyclic group on the inorganic nanofiller, a second silane comprising an amine group on the inorganic nanofiller, and a third silane comprising a C1-3 hydrocarbon group. An enamel wire comprises a conductive wire(110), an organic insulation polymer matrix, and a pellicle(120) comprising silane containing inorganic nanofiller dispersed into a nanometer unit on the organic insulation polymer matrix.
