The invention relates to a device for distilling substance mixtures that contain temperature-sensitive substances. The device comprises a thin layer evaporator and a fractionation column, and the fractionation column is placed on the distillate outlet of the thin layer evaporator. The fractionation column has at least three theoretical trays, and the loss of pressure of the fractionation column is maximally 3 hPa (3 mbar) during operation at an F-factor of 1 Pa
