<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan motor in which vibration of a motor can be suppressed effectively while the fan motor is fixed to a mounting position. <P>SOLUTION: A first screw hole 67 of a bearing cover 60 mounted in a bearing cover accommodation part 50 of a bearing housing 20 is utilized to fix a fan motor 1 to a casing 80 through screwing. The first screw hole 67 is matched on an extension of the axial center of a rotary shaft 32 of a rotor 30, such that the vicinity of the center of gravity of a motor 39 around the rotary shaft 32 is fixed to the casing 80 via the bearing cover 60.
