<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a painting robot system capable of changing intervals between and among spray guns. <P>SOLUTION: The painting robot system 10 includes: a robot 20 including a plurality of robot arms 22 to 24, and a drive shaft member 25 provided in the robot arm 24 at a tip and rotating around a tip drive axis J<SB POS="POST">5</SB>; and a spray gun unit 30 attached to the robot arm 24. The spray gun unit 30 includes: a support member 31 fixed to the robot arm 24; guide members 40a, 40b provided on the support member 31; a plurality of spray guns 32, 33a to 33c provided on the support member 31; and a link mechanism 50 connecting the movable spray guns 33a to 33c and the drive shaft member 25. The intervals between and among the plurality of spray guns 32, 33a to 33c can be changed by the link mechanism 50 by rotating the drive shaft member 25 of the robot 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
