<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a painting robot system capable of changing intervals between and among spray guns. <P>SOLUTION: The painting robot system 10 includes: a robot 20 including a plurality of robot arms 22 to 24, and a drive shaft member 25 provided in the robot arm 24 at a tip and rotating around a tip drive axis J<SB POS="POST">5</SB>; and a spray gun unit 30 attached to the robot arm 24. The spray gun unit 30 includes: a support member 31 fixed to the robot arm 24; guide members 40a, 40b provided on the support member 31; a plurality of spray guns 32, 33a to 33c provided on the support member 31; and a link mechanism 50 connecting the movable spray guns 33a to 33c and the drive shaft member 25.
