<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect damage of a joining part in advance. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic component comprises: a first member; a second member; a joining part; and a measuring part. A first electrode is formed on the first member. A second electrode is formed in a peripheral area of an area where the first electrode is formed on the first member. A third electrode is formed on the second member. The second electrode may be formed on the second member, and the third electrode may be formed in a peripheral area of an area where the second electrode is formed on the second member. The joining part joins the first electrode, the second electrode and the third electrode.
