<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a booklet with a non-contact type information medium which is prevented from being forged or altered, makes it easy to judge a forged article thereof, and has high security. <P>SOLUTION: In the booklet configured by binding a cover and paper of text, the cover includes a non-contact type information medium, lining paper that is stuck to one surface of the non-contact type information medium through an adhesive layer, and a member for a cover that is stuck to the other surface of the non-contact type information medium through an adhesive layer. The non-contact type information medium is provided with protective layers on the inner sides of two base materials respectively, and has a printing layer, an IC inlet, and adhesive layers for sticking the IC inlet to the inner sides of the two base materials on the inner sides of the two base materials. The printing layer is exposed to the side surface of the cover, and invisible information that can be read by a machine by irradiation with light of predetermined wavelength is written in an exposed portion of the printing layer.
