<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanner and a laser radar device capable of measuring a scan amount of scan light highly accurately and precisely, while achieving downsizing and an inexpensive price. <P>SOLUTION: An optical scanner comprises: an optical element 1; a holder 2; support means 3, 5 movably supporting the holder 2; driving means 4, 6 for moving the holder 2 in a direction perpendicular to an optical axis of the optical element 1; a light-emitting device including a first light emitter 10 for emitting light with a first wavelength penetrating the optical element 1 and a second light emitter 11 for emitting light with a second wavelength not penetrating the optical element 1; a pattern 9 formed of a structure blocking penetration of the light with the second wavelength and provided in the holder 2; and a sensor 12 for detecting the light with the second wavelength. In the optical scanner, the sensor 12 is arranged in a position where the reflected light can be received, and the first light emitter 10, the second light emitter 11 and the sensor 12 are arranged in positions fixed relative to one another.
