<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-B3 antibody suitable for cocrystallization with B3, or an anti-B3 antibody inhibiting the activity of B3. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the anti-B3 antibody having a specific bonding property to the extracellular domain of 55kDa domain of B3 and recognizing the three-dimensional structure of B3. Alternatively, there is provided the anti-B3 antibody whose heavy chains CDR1, 2 and 3 contain the amino acid sequences of specific sequences, respectively, and whose light chains CDR1, 2 and 3 contain the amino acid sequences of the other specific sequences, respectively. The antibody having the structure is suitable for a crystallization ligand with B3. Therefore, when the antibody is used, the crystal of B3 can efficiently be produced, and the B3 crystal having high resolution can be produced.
