<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying vehicle having a ladder which can be installed in both diagonally right up and diagonally left up states, according to user request. <P>SOLUTION: This carrying vehicle (1) includes a main ladder (20) extended between a first entrance area (17a) formed in an upper deck (16) and a first lower deck (18a) or a second entrance area (17b) and a second lower deck (18b). The main ladder has a handrail unit (28) extending along a plurality of step bodies (24) and fixed to a side girder (22) positioned on the front side of at least a vehicle body (2). The carrying vehicle also includes a first fence body (30) installed via an installation bolt (52) in the uppermost side girder part (23) positioned on the front side of the vehicle body and preventing an advance to the front side to the vehicle body from the uppermost floor part (25) formed as the uppermost stage of the step bodies.
