<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase convenience and secure durability of components in an electric cooker. <P>SOLUTION: In the electric cooker, a body mounting a bottom side plate connected with a heater and a lid body mounting a top side plate connected with the heater are connected via a hinge in an openable and closable manner. The electric cooker includes either or both of a power switch and an energization lamp showing an energization state.
