<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system for a vehicle, and others, in which heat can be efficiently transported with a simple configuration from a heat source side such as a driving unit to an air conditioning system side and the efficiency does not decrease also on the side during cooling. <P>SOLUTION: A heat transfer member 7 is provided with a heat radiating device 31. The heat radiating device 31 is composed of fins formed on the heat transfer member 7, a blowing fan, and the like. That is, the heat radiating device 31 is a section for cooling the heat transfer member 7 and radiating heat from the heat transfer member 7 to the outside. During heating, heat generated in the heat source can be effectively used by transferring the heat in a cooling route on the heat source side to a heating route of the heating side. Also during cooling, since the heat radiating device for preventing the heat of the heat source from being transferred to the heating route of the heating side is operated, heat in the cooling route on the heat source side is prevented from being transferred to the heating route of the heating side.
