<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary cooling device of a condenser which efficiently promotes the turbulence of sucked air, has a reduced thickness thereby being made inexpensive and being installable even if a distance between an outdoor device and a wall surface is not enough, and has improved sound insulation properties. <P>SOLUTION: A water retaining material body 31 is disposed at the windward side of a condenser 3. The water retaining material body 31 comprises two layers of water retaining materials 30 (30a and 30b). In the water retaining material 30, ascending and descending air flow passages 52 are continuously formed vertically and horizontally. The air flow passage 52 of one water retaining material 30a rises at a predetermined inclination angle, and the air flow passage 52 of the other water retaining material 30b facing the air flow passage 52 of the one water retaining material 30a descends at a predetermined inclination angle. The sucked air becomes irregular when flowing from the air flow passage 52 of the one water retaining material 30a to the air flow passage 52 of the other water retaining material 30b, thereby further promoting the turbulence of air. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
