<p>The invention relates to a low-profile compact surface wellhead system and method having nested hangers, annular communication, elastomer seals, while providing for the sealing control. According to the invention, the system includes the vertical serial arrangement of an equipment (30) where a 7-inch hanger (46) is supported and blocked during cementing, i.e. during cement injection into the shaft, having an annular flowing zone (32), some flow-by slots (34), a tool (36) for running the hanger (46), a locking member (38) of the hanger (46), the annular flowing zone (32) and the flow-by slots (34) facilitating the cement injection downwards, through the 7-inch hanger (46) and back through the annular flowing zone (32) and the flow-by slots (34), in the external circumferential wall (50), i.e. in the radial direction of a casing column (48), there being no discharge valves, the undesired ways of discharge into the environment being reduced, the hanger running tool (36) being connected to the 7-inch hanger (46), in particular the hanger running tool (36) being screwed onto the 7-inch hanger (46) and, once the 7-inch hanger (46) is in position, the hanger running tool (36) will be removed, where the lock-down of the hanger (38) can be an implementation of a standard internal lock-down with the 7-inch hanger (46) resting on a resting collar (40).</p> |
