PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a calcium chloride using animal bone is provided to minimize waste animal bone and to manufacture liquid calcium chloride with a low cost by a simple process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a calcium chloride using animal bone comprises a step of removing organic materials in the animal bone by heating the animal bone; a step of generating animal bone aqueous solution by dissolving the animal bone in water; a step of injecting carbon dioxide into the animal bone aqueous solution; a step of generating calcium chloride aqueous solution by adding hydrochloric acid into the animal bone aqueous solution with carbon dioxide. The heating step includes a step of pulverizing the heated animal bone.
