A height adjustment device for a handlebar of a cycle. The adjustment device has a collar (3) for locating around a region of a support tube, such as a steerer tube (6). An elongate extension shaft (1) is slidably mounted at the collar (3) and via an actuator mechanism (4, 5) that is controlled by a remote trigger (60), is capable of axially extending from the support tube (6) and collar (3) to raise the height of the handlebar (40).
