<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branched amino acid-containing total nutrient food containing the branched amino acid and a protein for ameliorating a trophic state of an elderly person or the like, in a shape of a baked confectionery adjusted to a high-energy state. <P>SOLUTION: The baked confectionery includes an energy composition comprising 10-20% of the protein, 35-50% of lipid, and 30-55% of glucide and contains 1.0-4.0 g/100 kcal of the branched amino acids comprising isoleucine, leucine and valine, and further contains one or more protein raw materials selected from the group consisting of sodium caseinate, potassium caseinate, whey protein and skimmed milk. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
