<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference adjustment device and a conference adjustment program that allow easy schedule adjustment for holding a conference between companies. <P>SOLUTION: A conference adjustment device 10 includes: schedule information acquisition means that accepts information on a conference between companies as search criterion, requests acquisition of schedule information conforming to the search criterion to schedule management systems 20A, 20B of the companies designated by the search criterion, respectively, and acquires the schedule information conforming to the search criterion; and tabulation result information providing means that tabulates time zones in which the conference can be held, and provides information on a result of the tabulation to a user, according to the acquired schedule information.
