<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device for reducing power consumption while deterioration of image quality is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging device includes: a plurality of pixels (11) for outputting a photoelectrically converted signal by a source follower circuit; an output line (3) connected to the plurality of pixels; a current source circuit section (5) for supplying current to the output line; and a first amplification section (7) for clamping the signal of the output line in a reset state of the pixel in a clamp capacity and amplifying the signal of the output line in a subsequent non-reset state of the pixel.
