<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muscle training tool capable of simply, easily adjusting tension and keeping constant tension during training operation without paying attention to gripping a tube while training operation using the tube both ends of which are clutched. <P>SOLUTION: The muscle training tool includes a gripping bar 1 and an elastic member 2, the gripping bar 1 is provided with two inside and outside stoppers 3a and 3b at both ends thereof and elastic member 2 is provided with appropriate numbers of gripping bar insertion holes 4 for adjusting tension, and the gripping bar insertion hole is engaged with the gripping bar 1 provided between the stoppers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
